What is the return policy?
We completely understand that things don’t always go as planned, and we’re here to help.
Since each item is made to order and fulfilled by our print-on-demand partner, Printful, we’re unfortunately unable to accept general returns or exchanges (like ordering the wrong size or a change of mind). However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect in any way, we’ll make it right.
Please reach out to us at business@redroeclub.store within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a few photos if possible. We’ll work with you to sort it out and get a replacement or refund underway if eligible.
We really appreciate your understanding and are committed to making sure you’re happy with your experience.
Are any purchases final sale?
Yes — because our products are made to order just for you, all purchases are considered final sale.
That said, if your order arrives with a defect, damage, or if there’s a mistake with what you received, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We want to make sure you’re taken care of and will gladly work with you to resolve any issues.

- Shipping time:

– International orders: Usually 5–20 business days, depending on your location and local postal service
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way.

Where are your products manufactured?
All of our hoodies are made to order and fulfilled by Printful, using the Gildan 18500 Unisex Heavy Blend Hoodie — a reliable and popular choice.
Printful prints and ships each hoodie from one of their regional facilities in the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Latvia, or Australia, depending on your location. This helps reduce both delivery time and our environmental impact.
The Gildan 18500 hoodie is produced by Gildan, a manufacturer committed to ethical labor practices. Their facilities are WRAP-certified, meaning they meet strict standards for safe, lawful, and humane working conditions.
While this hoodie isn't part of Printful’s eco collection, the on-demand production model we use means less waste and no excess inventory — which is a step toward more responsible retail.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the number of items in your order.
